我国现代教师教育制度构建

摘    要:现代教师教育制度是以教师资格证书制度为基础,以现代大学教师培养制度为主体,以教师专业化为核心,以教师专业标准、教师教育机构标准等为条件的教师教育应该遵守的一整套行为规则。它具有专业性等现代性特征。在宏观上包括现代教师教育制度国家层面的办学体制、投资体制和管理体制。在微观层面上包括教师教育机构的组织结构和体系,它是维系教师教育正常运行和发挥其职能的内在制度保障。现代教师教育制度是一个复杂的体系,它还与现代教师供需、现代学校制度、现代大学制度、现代知识之间具有密切关系。

Abstract:With regard to the reason for constructing modern teacher education system and its concept, this article argues that the modern teacher education system, based on teacher certification system, should consist of modern college teacher training system, and focus on teacher professionalization. The system is represened by its professionality, standardization, openness and practicality. Meanwhile, it has both macro-and micro-levels. The macro-level includes operation, finance and management from the central government. The micro-system is the organization of teacher training institutions, namely, the systematic guarantee of teacher education operation.
