| 摘 要： | 消费者后悔权制度的提出和设立符合法治社会发展的需要，是加强对消费者权利保护的重要体现。消费者后悔权制度的有效实施，需要建立消费者专门机构以及其他相关制度，诸如行业协会自律制度、小额诉讼制度等来协调配合。
