| 摘 要： | 1941年8月，由日本提议的近卫文唐-罗斯福会谈经美日双方几个月的交涉最终被美国所拒绝。这种结局与当时的世界局势以及美日两国各自的国内局势密不可分，此时美日利益的协调空间已不大，再加上日本军方、美国盟国的反对以及美国对日战略优势所产生的自信，这些都使得这个会谈遭受流产的命运。

| Abstract: | The Japan's proposal to hold Konoe-Roosevelt meeting was rejected by U.S.after two-month negotioations between the two countries in 1941.The failure is largely attributed to the situations of the world affairs and the domestic situations in Japan and U.S.respectively at that time.The room for reconcilation between the two was quite limited,both Japan's army and U.S.'s allies objected to the proposal,in addition U.S.was opmitistic about its advantage over Japan in military strength,all of which make the prop... |
