| 摘 要： | 2007年,教育部先后发布了1号和2号文件,提出了实施高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程和进一步深化教学改革、全面提高教学质量的要求,对于普通高师院校来说,加强教师队伍建设和提高教学质量的任务更为迫切,本文对如何进一步加强普通高师院校英语专业师资队伍建设和提高教学质量作了初步探讨,提出了做好这一工作的一些具体做法。

| Abstract: | In 2007,The Educational Commission issued document No.1 and No.2 which put forward the requirement of carrying out the project of teaching quality and teaching reform and strengthening further the teaching reformation and raising the teaching quality.To teachers colleges and universities,the task of raising the teachers' ability and teaching quality is more urgent.The paper discusses how to raise the teachers' quality and teaching quality and puts forward some opinions on how to do the work well. |
