| 摘 要： | ＂哈军工＂优良传统主要是＂哈军工＂历届党委和＂哈军工＂人在13年的办学实践中认真贯彻落实毛主席《训词》精神、办学治院、教书育人而形成的,也与当时特定的历史条件与环境有关,特别是与陈赓等老一辈学院领导良好的思想作风和高尚的人格风范有着密切的关系。其主要内容可概括为：＂服务人民,艰苦创业,尊师重教,合力育人＂。继承和发扬＂哈军工＂优良传统,对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观、培育当代革命军人核心价值观、创建我军特色世界一流大学具有重大意义。
