| 摘 要： | 课程建设质量决定人才培养质量,影响学员创新能力的发展,因此,积极开展课程建设改革十分重要。本文结合"装备原理"课程建设的实践经验,针对如何培养学员的创新能力,着重从课程目标、课堂教学、实践教学和考核方式等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The quality of talent training is determined by the quality of course development,thereby affecting the cultivation of students’ innovation ability.Therefore,it is essential to promote curriculum reform.Based on the experimental teaching reform practice which aims at the cultivation of students’ innovation ability,this paper probes into issues concerning course objectives,classroom teaching,practical teaching and evaluation mode. |
