| 摘 要： | 针对新一轮基础教育课程改革的实际需要,建立促进教师专业发展的评价体系势在必行。要走出教师评价的误区,就要构建崭新的教师评价平台,明确评价目的,完善教师评价运行机制,建立科学合理的教师教育教学评价体系,这样才能更好的促进教育教学向前发展。

| Abstract: | To satisfy the demand of a new round of basic-educational curricular reform,It is imperative to establish the new assessment system to promote the teachers' vocational development.Only in this way we can break away from the inaccurate old educational system and give the teachers a great expanse of space to develop their profession.Also,it should be a motivated assessment with operational mechanism.In order to advance the development of education,we must establish a new scientific logical assessment system. |
