| 摘 要： | 学校与社区是双向互动的关系,两者之间的互动有其理论根据和实践基础。但当前学校和社区之间缺少互动,主要表现为互动的非平等性、资源开放的保守性、交往的非制度化等。要使农村学校和社区有效互动,首先要建设农村学习型社区,还要营建学校与社区良好关系,而且要强化农村社区的自主管理以及争取政府对农村社区教育的鼓励和资助。
