基础教育教师职业自我概念的维度探索

摘    要:以探索基础教育教师职业自我概念的维度结构为目的,采用自编"基础教育教师职业自我概念量表"对368名基础教育教师进行了测试,并根据所收集的数据进行了探索性因素分析。研究确定了基础教育教师职业自我概念的4个维度结构,即师德、胜任、自我接纳与人际;编制的"基础教育教师职业自我概念量表"具有较好的信效度。

Abstract:This study aims to probe into the structure of the professional self-concept of basic education teachers.368 basic education teachers were tested by a questionnaire of professional self-concept.Then the explotatory factor analysis was applied to the collected data,and the theoretical model was built.The results show(1)The professional self-concept of basic education teachers included the 4 dimentions.They are professional morality,competence,self-accept and interpersonal cognition.(2)The instrument used in this study"The questionnaire of professional self-concept of the basic education teachers"has good reliability and validity.
