| 摘 要： | 在现代化的推进进程中,必然会对民族地区传统文化造成强烈的冲击,其中文化断裂是当今少数民族社会面临的一个很突出的问题。基于人类社会文化多样性的需要,对于社会而言,教育的使命在于促进形成宽容、理解和尊重多元的文化氛围 对于族群而言,教育的使命在于弘扬优秀的传统文化,发展民族文化的个性 对于个体而言,教育的使命在于使民族成员具有文化认同感,能将他们带入新的精神世界。

| Abstract: | It is inevitable that the traditional culture in minority areas is impacted intensively in the modernization process.The cultural discontinuity is a prominent problem in minority society.Based on the need of cultural diversity of human society,as for society,education aims at boosting tolerance,mutual-understanding and the respect for culture diversity.As for ethnic groups,education aims at carrying forward the splendid traditional culture and developing the uniqueness of national culture.As for individuals,education aims at making ethnic members with cultural identity,leading them into the new spiritual world. |
