摘    要:教育发展是我国百年现代教育进程的逻辑主线,教育发展观念在改革开放的伟大历史转折点上正式确立,导引了近半个世纪以来我国现代教育实践的深刻变革,进入教育现代化新时代,教育发展观念突出表现为三副面孔,即以进步为价值中心的教育发展观、基于经济学标准的教育发展观及以科学-技术化为合理性判断的教育发展观。教育发展观念在创造出巨大历史成就的同时,自身的内在矛盾性或潜在风险正逐渐显现,需引起警惕并进行批判性分析,主要表现为三个方面:线性进步主义的教育发展观批判,回归教育发展的文化与空间多样性尺度;经济学主义的教育发展观批判,构建教育发展的多维内部话语及价值体系;科学-技术主义的教育发展观批判,释放作为教育发展根本性依据的主体生命活力与教育实践活力。

Abstract:Educational development is the logical mainline in the course of one hundred years'modern education in our country.The concept of education development,formally established at the great historical turning point of our country's reform and opening up,has led to profound changes in our country's modern education practice and concepts for nearly half a century.Entering the new era of the high-quality development of education in our country,the concept of education development is prominently manifested in three faces:the concept of education development that takes progress as the value center,the concept of education development based on economic standards,and the concept of education development that takes science-technology as a rational judgment.Although it has created great historical development achievements,the inherent contradictions or potential risks of the educational development concept itself are gradually emerging,and necessary critical analysis is needed:the linear progressivist view of educational development should be criticized,and the cultural and spatial diversity of educational development should return.The economic view of educational development should also be criticized,and a multi-dimensional internal discourse and value system of educational development should be constructed;The scientific-technological view of educational development should be criticized,and the vitality of the subject and educational practice should released as the fundamental basis for educational development.In the new era,education in China is heading for high-quality development,and we should be on guard against the methodology,epistemology and axiology based on educational developmentism,and innovatively construct an educational development philosophy with Chinese characteristics.
