摘    要:跨境民族地区乡村教师队伍建设是人才培养与乡村振兴的关键举措,是铸牢边境地区国家认同的根本保障,也是文化传承的重要支撑。当前,跨境民族地区乡村教师队伍建设不仅在思政融合教育理念、信息化教学能力、多元文化资源整合等方面存在较大差距,而且存在教师队伍配置机制单一等现实问题。破解跨境民族地区乡村教师队伍建设的现实困境,不仅需要牢固树立思政融合教育理念,提升信息化教学能力,而且需要整合多种文化资源,实现跨境民族地区乡村教师队伍配置的科学化。

Abstract:The construction of rural teacher teamin cross-border ethnic areas is a key measure for talent cultivation and rural revitalization,a fundamental guarantee for forging national identity in border areas,and an important support for cultural inheritance.At present,the construction of rural teacherteam in cross-border ethnic areas not only lags behind in the concept of ideological and political education,informatization teaching ability and the integration of multicultural resources,but is also facing practical problems such as the single allocation mechanism of teachers.To solve the practical dilemma of the construction of rural teacher team in cross-border ethnic areas,we not only need to firmly establish the concept of ideological and political education and improve the informatization teaching ability,but also need to integrate a variety of cultural resources and promote the scientific allocation of rural teachers in cross-border ethnic areas.
