| 摘 要： | 1990年以来，我国教育和经济体制发生了一系列重大变革。通过对1990-2012年教育投入和经济增长数据的描述分析，发现教育经费构成及增长显著受到教育投入体制改革的影响；教育投入与经济增长之间存在双向因果关系，但二者的相互影响具有一定的时间滞后性；教育投入和经济增长的双向促进作用随时间的推移逐渐增大。对此，提出了优化教育投入的政策建议。
