摘    要:在教育生活世界中,教师文化是教师参与教育生活的样式。教师个体文化是教师在教育生活世界中展现出来的生活风格和独特“面孔”,教师群体文化是教师个体间在共存、互动基础上形成的一种具有“家族相似”特征的文化样态。教师发展是教师文化的创生与转变,它是在教师的个体文化与群体文化间的互依互动关系中实现的。

Abstract:In the educational life-world, teacher culture is the mode of educational life for teacher. Teacher's personal culture is life style and the unique face in the teacher's educational life-world, while teacher community's culture is a kind of culture with the characteristic of family resemblance in the process of coexistence and intercourse among teacher's personal cultures. Teacher development is creation and conversion of teacher culture, which is carried out in the relation of interdependence and intercourse between teacher's personal culture and teacher community's culture.
