| 摘 要： | 埋藏物的发现是指发现埋藏物而予以占有的一种法律事实。埋藏物的发现是传统民法中的制度,是用以规范动产所有权原始取得的制度之一;它可以引发许多人之间的纠纷和诉讼,甚至会牵涉公民个人与国家之间利益衡量和价值取舍的问题,值得我们认真思考和探讨。
