摘    要:安阳工学院根据食品专业特点,结合区域经济和社会对复合型食品专业人才的需求,通过实施知识结构体系+能力结构体系的人才培养方案,使该专业的人才培养独具特色。本文介绍了本校食品专业人才培养的目标定位和创新人才培养模式,并对创新人才培养模式的主要经验进行了总结。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of food specialty,combining with the regional ecnomic and social demands for the inter-disciplinary talent of food,specialty were characterized through the practice of a complete professional personal cultivation plan including the construction system of knowledge.and the structure system of capacity in Anyang institute of technology.The training objectives and talent cultivation mode were introduced,the main experience aiming to cultivating students innovative ability were summarized.
