| 摘 要： | 团队协作能力是企业雇佣人员考虑的重要因素,也是学生职业能力培养的基本内容之一,而团队成功的最重要因素是有效的团队会议。学生团队会议组织方法与分析方法,前者包括确定角色、任务和规则、会议议程和会议纪要、项目计划和进度表;后者包括头脑风暴法、亲和图法、关联图法、因果图、流程图、故事板、帕累托图和名义群体法。

| Abstract: | Teamwork skills play an import role in employing of companies,which may be effectively developed in the classroom.The most important contribution to team success is effective team meetings.This research analyses several organizational and analysis techniques commonly used in student teams meeting.The former includes establishing roles,mission and ground rules,meeting agendas and summaries,project planning and milestone charts,while the latter includes brainstorming,affinity diagrams,interrelationship diagraph,cause-and-effect diagrams,flowcharting,storyboarding,Pareto charts and nominal group technique. |
