| Abstract: | In the enterprise' s economic activities, cost management is the essential way and the link for the enterprise to increase its profit. For existence, development and rich profit, an enterprise should lay strong emphasis on the cost management . In order to improve the cost management, an enterprise should connect the aim of the cost management with the enterprise' s strategy, set up and perfect the basic steps of cost management, and control the product cost through the whole production process. |
