| 摘 要： | 第一次国共合作以及由此而发动的＂大革命＂对中国各派政治力量的重新分化和组合,对国共两党的重塑和关系变迁,对中国近代史的走向和发展进程均产生了不容忽视的影响。对这段历史的考察,得出了国共两党力量的对比使中共失去了争夺领导权的实体正义性（即不可能出现中共有领导权这个结果）,党内合作的方式则使中共失去了争夺领导权的程序正义性（即中共争夺领导权没有合理性）的观点。

| Abstract: | The first Kuomintang-Communist cooperation and the revolution that the cooperation brought about produced far-reaching effect on the re-differentiation and combination of political forces,the reshaping of the images of both Kuomintang and the Communist Party,the relationship changes,and the direction and development process of China＇s modern history.The author examines this history and draws the conclusion that the imbalance of the two parties made the Communist Party lack the entity justice of competing for leadership,and cooperation way made the Communist Party lose the procedural justice to compete for the leadership. |
