企业绩效管理失效问题与相应对策研究

摘    要:目前,很多企业推行绩效管理体系的效果并不理想,针对这一现实情况,本文分析了企业绩效管理的现状和存在的问题,进而提出建立一套绩效管理有效保障模型,在绩效考核的实施前中后坚持贯彻这个模型,从而减少直至避免绩效管理失效问题的出现。

Abstract:At present,many enterprises are adopting performance management system,but they only have made a little effect.In this kind of situation,this paper analyzes the facts and problems of the enterprise's performance management.And establishes a set of effective safeguard model,performance management in the implementation of performance appraisal in this model,after adhere to reduce to avoid failure of performance management issues.
