| 摘 要： | 以轨道交通信号技能型人才培养为研究对象,分析了人才培养的研究现状,从校企协同育人机制建设、招生招工一体化、人才培养模式改革、建设校企互聘共用师资队伍、建立具有现代学徒制特点的管理制度五个方面阐述了轨道交通信号现代学徒制人才培养的实践探索,并在此基础上总结了经验和创新点,为相关专业人才培养提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the training of skilled talent of rail transit signal major as the research object,analyzes the research status of talent training,describes the practice and effect of the modern apprenticeship talent training of the rail transit signal major from 5 aspects including the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism construction,the integration of enrollment and recruitment,the reform of talent training mode,the establishment of school-enterprise mutual recruitment of teacher team,and the management system with the characteristics of modern apprenticeship.On this basis,it summarizes the experience and innovation points,provides reference for talent training of related major. |
