| 摘 要： | 教育公平指教育的起点、过程和结果的公平。教育公平是构建和谐社会的基础，并可为建设和谐社会提供动力和保障。优先发展公平、公正的教育，是建设社会主义和谐社会的内在需要，因此必须强化教育公平理念，完善教育公平政策。鼓励多元教育选择。

| Abstract: | The equity of education includes the equities of educational starting point,process and result,which is the foundation of constructing harmonious society and provides its momentum guarantee.It is internal demand of establishing socialist harmonious society to give priority to develop equity and fair education.Therefore,the idea of educational equity should be strengthen and educational equity policy should be perfected.In addition,the multi-element education choice should be encouraged. |
