| 摘 要： | 护理服务领域及功能的扩大,护理质量标准的提高,医院内新技术、新业务的开展以及先进仪器设备的临床应用等对护理行业提出了新的、更高的要求。为了主动适应这些变化,高级护理专业必须进行教育、教学改革,构建“一个平台,多个方向”的课程体系和“两个系列、三个循环”为主要特征的实践性教学体系以及由两个体系支撑的“学校——企业（医院）——社会”三位一体人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation, we must reform education and teaching in speciality of higher nursing. By practicing the trinity training mod el to cultivate talents, we construct "expanding multi-directions from one platf orm" course system and "two series and three circles" practice teaching system t o shape excellent speciality. |
