| 摘 要： | 与几千年落后生产力和封建家长制相配套的是儒家的“人治”,与现代发达生产力和先进社会制度 适应的是科学的“法治”。改革开放和现代文明需要法治,时代和人民呼唤法治;法治帮助国家和人民打造现代文明,法治成为现代文明的标志。部分国人头脑中,人治思想固在,法治意识淡薄。意识的警醒,观念的更新,法治的实现,任重而道远。

| Abstract: | The backward productive forces and feudal paternalism in the past thousands of years lead Confucian"governing by man." On the contrary, modern developed productive forces and advanced social system are suited to scientific "governing by law." Reformation and opening and modern civilization need governing by law. Times and the people are calling governing by law. Governing by law helps the country and the people build modern civilization and it becomes the symbol of modern civilization. In the mind of some Chinese people, the thought of governing by man still exists. They lack the consciousness of law. The burden is heavy and road is long to have rational knowledge and alert consciousness, to renew the people's mind and to achieve governing by law.: |
