| 摘 要： | 闽台职业教育交流与合作的前景日益被教育界及地方政府所关注，在日益频繁的闽台职业教育交流与合作活动中，在闭台资企业发挥着重要的桥梁作用，其实施的人才本地化策略，为闽台职业教育交流合作提供了广阔的空间。闽台高职院校通过项目带动，不断推进职业教育交流合作的广度与深度，但也碰到了一些困难和问题，需要在政策、经费等方面有所突破。

| Abstract: | The prospects of vocational education intercourse and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan are paid much attention to by the academic world and government. In the increasingly frequent vocational education intercourse and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, Taiwan -owned enterprises in Fujian have bridging function and the implement of their localizing strategy of the talented helps a lot for the intercourse and cooperation. Higher vocational colleges of Fujian and Taiwan try to improve their intercourse and cooperation continuously by new proeet driving strategy. Some difficulties in polices and expenditure needs to be innovated during the process of deepening vocational education intercourse and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. |
