常见抢答器PLC程序的误差分析与改进

摘    要:用PLC实现抢答器的各种功能,其原理是基于电气控制系统中的继电器一接触器控制电路,利用自锁和互锁功能实现。由于PLC采用的是集中采样、集中输出、循环扫描的工作方式,即串联逻辑控制,照搬继电器控制的编程方式,对于抢答器的抢答结果有很大误差。文章分析了误差产生的原因,并给出了消除误差的另一种编程方法。

Error Analysis and Improvement of PLC Program of Common Answering Racer

Abstract:The principle of realizing the functions answering racer by PLC program design is on the basis of the function of self - locking and interlocking in relay - contactor electric circuit. But the way PLC works is centralized sampling, centralized outputting and sequential scanning, that is series logic control, which adopts relay control programming and may leave a huge margin for error in answering racer. This paper analyzes the reasons and pro- vides another method to eliminate such kind of error.
