电聚合烟酰胺构建新型亚硝酸盐电化学传感器

摘    要:用循环伏安法电聚合烟酰胺(3-吡啶甲酰胺),在玻碳电极上的制备了聚合物膜修饰电极,考察其对NO2^-及共存离子的作用情况,该修饰电极对NO2^-有良好的电化学催化作用和选择性,用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定其氧化电流在N0f浓度1.68×10^-6mol/L~-1.76×10^-3 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999,检测限5.6×10^-7 mol/L。

Abstract:With nicotinamide (3-pyridinecarboxylamide) voltolized by cyclic voltammetry method, polymer film can be prepared on glass carbon electrode to modify electrode, and its effect on NO2 and coexistent ions can be observed. The modified electrode has a sound electrochemical catalytic and selective effect on NO2, differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) can determine that its oxidation current shows linear relations in the intensity of NO2 within 1.68×10^-6 mol/L-1. 76×10^-3 mol/L, correlation coefficient of the linear relations is 0. 999 with the testing range 5.6×10^-7 mol/L.
