| 摘 要： | 本文运用系统论的观点、思想和方法，对体育教学最优化进行了较为全面深刻的理论剖析。认为，体育教学整体最优化来自教学系统的有序结构；形成并建立有序结构有利于改善教学环境，提高系统各要素的质量，以及提高各要素间的协同关系。阐述了对体育教学最优化管理、调控和评价的认识，为全面推进素质教育，进一步深化教育教学改革、提高教学质量提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper uses systemic approach to analyse thoroughly the theory about the best teaching method in P.E course.It's considered that depends on ordered structure in teaching process. Forming and establishing ordered structure is good to make teaching environment better,improve the quality of the elements in system and promote the relationships among the elements within the system. This paper gives a guidance to reform P.E teahing and improve the quality of teaching. |
