| 摘 要： | 以“三自主”为中心的教学改革使高校体育教学充满了活力，在学生个性培养、资源优化、模式创新等方面取得了一定成效。但随着教学改革的不断深入，在学生“自由度”开放、资源开发、系统性教学、成绩评定和“教”、“授”作用等方面，一些令人困惑的问题和阻止改革发展的异化现象逐渐显现。为此，本文对改革实践的成效、不良现象、问题致因进行了总结和分析，有针对性地提出了推进“三自主”教学模式纵深改革的建议。
