| 摘 要： | 由我国证券投资基金的现状及 展中出现的问题入手，结合国外的证券投资基金的先进经验，提出了进一步发展我国证券投资基金的具体可行的途径。其具体途径主要包括基金的总体规模发展，基金投资品种多元化，发展基金管理公司，引进基金信用 评级、建立独立的行业协会等五个方面。 |

| Abstract: | The present situation and some problems in the development of the securities investment fund in China are introduced in this article. The practical workable way to undertake further development on the securities investment fund of China is given, with studies on some advanced experiences of this field abroad. The research is taken mainly on five aspects, the general scale development, the multilization on types of fund investment,the expansion of fund administration companies, the introduction of fund credit evaluations, and the establishment of independent trade associations. |
