工会在国企改制为民企后的困境及其对策

摘    要:国企改制为民企后,工会成为"四无"机构,工作面临新旧双重困难。企业在劳动纠纷下降的表象后面,隐匿着职工自认弱者的心态,以及管理者垄断考评话语权等现象,职工权益缺乏组织保障,工会维护职工权益的职能亟待加强。在新的历史条件下,培养员工的现代企业意识,塑造鲜明的工会形象,确立明晰的工作职能,注重工作的灵活性,是工会打开工作局面的主要措施。

Abstract:After one enterprise in Anhui province restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise,its labor union turned into a "four no's" agency facing new and old difficulties.Behind the drop of the work disputes,there are the staff members who confess their weaknesses and the managers who monopolize the evaluation.The staff members are lack of organization guarantees and the function of labor unions to protect workers' rights should be strengthened.The main measures for labor unions to open the working situation: training staff the awareness of the modern enterprise;creating vivid image of labor unions;establishing clear functions of labor unions;paying attention to the flexibility of work.
