| 摘 要： | 发达国家的金融法治实践表明，保护金融消费者是金融市场得以健康发展的重要保障。我国应遵循这一新型金融监管理念，在正确选择立法模式的基础上，合理界定金融消费者、建立专门保护机构和便捷投诉机制、对金融机构课以信息披露义务等，以回应金融风险乃至金融危机的挑战。
