| 摘 要： | 中国共产党建党90年以来，各历史时期的土地政策都不尽相同。我党的土地政策史反映了中国共产党是人民群众的利益代表，她集中民智、重视民生，始终关注人民群众的经济吁求。更重要的是，党的土地政策史为我们现在和将来分析、处理“三农”问题提供了借鉴和启示。同时，土地政策的演进史也反映了党的经济政策日臻成熟、完善。因此，我国的农村经济体制改革成为其他社会主义国家经济转型期纷纷效仿和学习的典范。

| Abstract: | Since the establishment of Communist Party of China for 90 years,the land policies are diversified in different historical period.Our party＇s land policies reflect that Communist Party of China represent people＇s interests,full of people＇s wisdom and paying attention to people＇s livelihood,watching closely to people＇s economic demand.More importantly,the history of party＇s land policies provide reference and enlightenment for dealing with the problem of ＂agriculture,countryside and farmers＂ for time being and in the future.At the same time,the evolution of land policies also reflects maturity and perfectness of economic policy of Communist Party of China.Therefore,China＇s rural economic system reform has become the following suit and learning model by other socialist countries undergoing economic transition. |
