| 摘 要： | 党的十八届四中全会明确提出建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家这个重大命题,并对全面推进依法治国思想进行深刻阐述,从逻辑结构上明确了党的领导是根本保证、以宪治国是核心、法律实施是关键、司法公正是生命线、人民的内心拥护和真诚信仰是最高价值目标。全面推进依法治国思想的提出彰显出我们党坚持和拓展中国特色社会主义法治道路的坚定决心,对于全面深化改革,实现中国梦宏伟目标具有重大的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | The party＇s eighteen sessions of Fourth Plenary Session proposes building a socialist legal system Chinese characteristics,building a socialist country ruled by law as the significant proposition. The party ＇s eighteen sessions of fourth plenary session to comprehensively promote the rule of law idea to explain deeply, from the logic structure of the party ＇s leadership is the fundamental guarantee to the constitution, is the core, law enforcement is the key, justice is the inner support and sincere belief lifeline, people is the most high value targets. Comprehensively promote the rule of law idea shows the firm determination of our party to uphold and expand socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, for we have deepened reform, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize the grand goal of the Chinese dream. |
