| 摘 要： | 讨论了汉代前期商业迅速发展的原因和商形成的两条途径，商业的发展是推动社会发展和经济繁荣的重要因素；但官商与民争利，利用特权聚敛财富，不但不利于社会经济的发展，而且导致政治腐败。

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses why the commerce rapidly develope in the earlier stage of Han Dynasty and how the official-merchant become,merchant-officialize and official-merchantize are the two ways leading to official-merchant.The development of the commerce is key to the social development and the economic prosperity.But the official-merchant scramble profit with the common people and take advantage of their privileges to amass wealth,it is not only unfavourable to the development of the social economy,but also results in political corrupt. |
