| 摘 要： | 为了消除传统工具性教育目的、行政化管理方式等消极因素的影响,开展优质、高效的基础教育,中小学有必要组建校本研究团队。我国中小学教师素质的不断提高、研究手段和技术的快速发展、管理决策层对研究的逐渐重视,以及专业研究与中小学教育实践联系的日益加强,为组建校本研究团队打下了坚实基础。校本研究团队的组建与工作的开展需要遵循一些基本原则,才能发挥校本研究团队促进学校健康发展的作用。
