| 摘 要： | 对于民事案件的上控,清代有着严格的制度。上控既要符合大清法律的规定,又要符合各地＂状式条例＂的要求。在审理上,上控案件既有和息结案,也有审理结案。而上述内容又决定了清代民事上控制度的特点。

| Abstract: | The appeal for civil cases, the Qing Dynasty set strict system. Appeal not only complied with the Qing law, but also all over with the＂style regulations＂. In the trial, the appeals reconciliation both cases, there were closed hearing. The contents of the above constituted a system of civil appeals in the Qing Dynasty characteristics. |
