| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分，其思想政治和道德素质水平将对学生产生深远的影响。加强和改进青年教师的思想政治工作在当下已经成为一种必然。本文从管理心理学的角度出发，以目标管理的心理契合为立足点，探索当前在高校青年教师思想政治建设中存在的问题，提出切实可行的改进措施和途径。

| Abstract: | Young teachers are important members of teaching team in universities, and their ideological and political theory and morals have great impact on students. It is a necessary task to strengthen and improve young teachers＇ideolog- ical, political and moral quality. In this paper, the author explores the problems existing in the current university youth i- deological and political construction from the management psychology perspective. The author also puts forward feasible measures and ways. |
