| 摘 要： | 在高校学生党员的培养发展中,脱离群众路线的官僚主义、形式主义不仅存在,有的还十分严重,这不仅影响了党员发展质量,还在学生中造成了不好的影响,因此应克服官僚主义、形式主义,转变工作作风,切实提高高校学生党员的发展质量。

| Abstract: | In recent years,as the number of recruited student party member in university continues to increase,the quality of recruitment draws our more attention. Not only should the procedure of the recruitment be rigorous,but more importantly,the cultivation and education for the activists to join the party should also be further enforced. However,bureaucracy and formalism of separating from the masses do exist in recent years＇ recruiting and training process and in some cases are quite severe. They affect the quality of the party member recruitment and that is more,they produce a bad influence upon students. Therefore,it is vitally important to change our work style by overcoming bureaucracy and formalism and to enhance practically the quality of the recruitment of student party member in university. |
