| Abstract: | In today’s context of multicultural trends,scientific ideals and beliefs are impacted.Some young teachers’ ideals and beliefs are in the wrong tendency.Constructing young teachers’ ideals and belief system is of great significance.School should seek the path to strengthen young teachers’ ideals and beliefs under the multicultural background and speed up the construction of the system. |
