| 摘 要： | 在教育学院由成人高校向普通高校转型的过程中,改革教学制度和教学管理制度是关键工作之一。实行学分制是普通高校进行教学管理的基本模式。教育学院实行学分制管理既是转型期的需要,也是教育学院提高教学质量、教学管理质量的需要。
