| 摘 要： | 高师院校非师范专业为国家和社会承担了培养高素质、技能型人才的任务，但其人才培养模式存在诸多问题，需加以改革。在充分考虑高师院校办学现状的基础上，结合高师院校自身发展实际，其非师范专业应该构建综合型人才培养模式，特征上应体现“厚基础、宽口径、有特色、重实践”；培养目标、内容和方法上要实现“三对接”；模式运行上要有相关制度保障。

| Abstract: | Non - normal majors in normal colleges have trained many professional talents for our country and society in the past two decades, but the talent training pattern should be reformed so as to meet the needs of social development. On the basis of eurrent situation and self - development practice of normal colleges, integrated talent training pattern should be restructured among non - normal majors, which embodies the characteristics of rich base, wide channel , special capacity and much practice and which realizes three- connection in the training goal, training contents and training methods with the help of a series of protective measures. |
