| 摘 要： | “农民、农业、农村”问题一直是关系我国国民经济发展、社会和谐安定的大问题。中国共产党人一以贯之地重视“三农”问题，提出了一系列惠农思想。探究中共五代领导核心惠农思想，既是对中共五代领导核心战略思想的发扬，同时也是对建设社会主义新农村，实现农民“幸福梦”的启迪。
