摘    要:围绕教师职业压力的定义与成因,分别从心理学角度,管理学角度,社会学角度去分析压力产生的原因,探讨教师如何以自我调整与自我塑造的方式,改善自己的工作生活质量,将职业压力降低到最小程度。

Abstract:This paper is oriented around the definition and the root of teachers' stress,and examines teachers' stress within psychological,organizational,and sociological perspectives respectively.It would illustrate how teachers could diminish stress by self-adjustment in working conditions and prevent stress through self-remediation.
