摘    要:文章试图用"泰勒原理"中教育目标的确定、学习经验的选择与组织、教学结果的评价四个维度去解读现行《大学英语课程教学要求》,通过对比发现《大学英语课程教学要求》正践行着《课程与教学的基本原理》许多原则,这就进一步体现了"泰勒原理"对课程设计的指导性和我国大学英语改革的科学性。

Abstract:This paper presents the interpretation of the college English curriculum requirements based on Basic Principles of Curriculum and Instruction.Many basic principles are being practiced in College English Curriculum Requirements through comparative analysis.It shows that Basic Principles of Curriculum and Instruction plays a guidance function in curriculum design and scientificity of the college English teaching and learning reform in china.
