| 摘 要： | 调动群众革命、建设和改革的积极性思想是毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的重要组成部分.毛泽东主张精神的作用,主张用科学的世界观改造人;用又红又专的思想培养人;用共产主义的理想激励人.邓小平重视物质利益的作用,主张用物质利益激发群众积极性;把物质利益纳入社会主义范畴.毛泽东邓小平在调动群众积极性问题上认识一致,但方法各异,侧重不同.通过两者比较,对于调动党内党外、国内国外、直接间接的积极因素,全面建设小康社会,加快社会主义现代化建设,具有十分重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Improving the masses initiative thoughts in the revolution and construction and innovation is the important section of Mao Ze - dong thoughts and Deg Xiao - ping theory. Mao Ze - dong advocated to transform the people with the scientific world outlook, to cultivate the people with both red and professional ability thoughts, to inspire the people with the communism thoughts. Deng Xiao - ping emphasized to arouse the people" s initiative with the material interests and put the material into socialist scope. On this point Mao Ze - dong and Deng Xiao - ping with the same cognition in the different methods. There is important realistic significance on comparing these thoughts improving the peep' s initiative. |
