| 摘 要： | 罗马法是现代民法的历史渊源，它对各国民法的发展，特别是对于大陆法系国家的民法，经济法体系的建立和发展具有深远的影响。本认为罗马法是后世民法的根源，各国民法在不同的程度上都继承了罗马法，是对罗马法的发展。对罗马法与各国民法关系的研究有利于完善现代设计经济体制下的法律体系，促进法律建设和经济建设的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | Rome Law is the originality of the modern civil laws; it has brought deep effect on the development of civil laws in the world especially on the development of civil law systems and economic law systems in the countries, which enjoy Continental law legal system. The paper agrees that modern civil laws can trace its origins from Rome law. Civil law systems in the world have some in heritage from Rome Law to some extent and develop the Rome Law. Study on the relationship between Rome Law and all the civil laws will benefit to perfect the legal systems under market economy, and promote the further development of legal constructions and economic constructions. |
