| 摘 要： | 教育实习是高师院校培养合格中小学教师的重要环节。地方高师院校由于受自身的局限性、实习学校的消极态度和实习生的态度不端及素质不高等因素影响,教育实习效果不佳。要改变这一状况,地方高师院校应紧跟时代步伐,转变观念,加强管理和投入力度,为教育实习的顺利开展创造良好条件;中小学校应积极参与教育实习工作,以获得优质后续力量;实习生应端正教育实习态度,努力提高自身的综合素质。
