摘    要:建立一种测定蔬菜中甲氰菊酯农药残留的气相色谱方法,试样中甲氰菊酯经有机溶剂萃取,弗罗里矽柱净化,以GC-ECD方法测定,外标法定量.本方法对甲氰菊酯农药的平均回收率为102.5%,相对标准偏差5.16%,最低检出浓度为0.0047mg/kg,符合农药残留检测要求.该方法简便快捷、灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜中甲氰菊酯农药残留量的测定.

Abstract:Quality and quantitative analysis of fenpropathrin pesticides residues were determined by GC-ECD.The results showed that average recovery of fenpropathrin pesticide at was 102.5%,and coefficient of variation was 5.16%.The minimum detection limit was 0.0047 mg/kg.Those all suggest that the method of fenpropathrin pesticide residue analysis is accurate and reliable.
