| 摘 要： | 地方高校参与和谐文化建设是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要体现，是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要，同时也是提高自身核心竞争力的有效途径。地方高校要增强参与和谐文化建设的实效性，必须强调和突出建设社会主义核心价值体系这个中心；牢牢把握发展和创新两大主题；要重点建设和谐行为文化、和谐制度文化和和谐精神文化。同时，还应构建地方高校参与和谐文化建设的宣传引导机制、激励保障机制、经验推广机制和理论研讨机制。

| Abstract: | It is an important reflection of practicing the scientific development theory for regional College to join in the courses of harmonious culture construction, it is an urgent need to construct a harmonious socialism society and it is effective ways to improve itself competitive powers. The center of the socialism nuclear value system must be stressed, the two themes of development and innovation must be held and the harmonious manners, system and spirit cultures must be seriously developed if the effectiveness of harmonious culture construction can be advanced by the regional college. The mechanism of propaganda, guidance, excitation, expansion of experience, study of theory must be founded if the regional college wants to join in the construction of harmonious culture. |
